How We Work

We take “team” seriously (and literally).

Anyone can say they have a team, but often, they just have staff.

For us, a team is not just about how many people we have, but about how we interact, support, and work with each other--and with you. We don’t just function as a team among ourselves; we’re your team, and we demonstrate that through our service to you.

What that means for you...

  • Multiple points of contact and support;
  • A dynamic and ongoing conversation;
  • A team of experts focused on you and your goals;
  • Diverse perspectives from a multi-generational and gender-diverse group of advisors.

Here's how it works…

Introduction

We start things off with a brief phone call with one of our team members to learn more about you, gather some basic information, and answer your questions, too. This conversation helps us determine what tools, resources, and people we need to give you the best experience. If you’d like to set up your complimentary consultation, we let you know what information to bring with you.

Complimentary Consultation

During this (virtual or in-person) face-to-face meeting with our team, we’ll take an in-depth look at your objectives and get to know each other better. You’ll also get to ask us any questions you have. If you’re interested in moving forward and creating your financial plan together, we will at that point explain all the options available to you, as well as the fee structure.

Plan Review

This is where it gets exciting. Now that we’ve been able to assess all of your information and objectives, we can design a plan and agenda customized precisely to your needs, and cover all the areas we addressed during our last meeting (including all the “what if” scenarios). You’ll leave this meeting with a clear sense of what’s next—and what’s possible.

Please Note: The scope of any financial planning and consulting services to be provided depends upon the terms of the engagement, and the specific requests and needs of the client.
